Remote First.

What exactly does “remote first” mean? The simplest explanation is that most EDJErs work remotely most of the time.

There is almost always a handful of EDJErs in our collaboration space at Bridge Park in Dublin, OH. But they’re the exception.

With EDJErs in over 20 states across the country, our systems and policies are set up to support remote workers, encourage digital collaboration, and still create a strong sense of team.
