Java Architect

Highly motivated, technically driven individual with 5+ years of development with the Java platform, and 2+ years experience designing applications on the Java platform. This individual must have sound programming background with a firm grasp of object oriented concepts and techniques. Also, expertise in designing and architecting large scale applications on the JEE platform using industry standard design patterns and best practices. Individual must have experience leading teams of developers, working with business stake holders to define business requirements, and troubleshooting complex applications. This individual must be able to effectively apply technology solutions to business problems.

Requirements:

• Experience designing and architecting distributed applications on using JEE platform
• 5+ years developing on the Java platform
• 2+ years developing on version 1.5 or greater
• 2+ years architecting JEE applications or applications based on JEE frameworks (Spring, SEAM, Tapestry, etc)
• 4+ years experience with a RDBMS and writing SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Experience using a JEE server (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, Glassfish, JBoss, etc)
• Experience with a modern version control system (SVN, Git, Mercurial)
• Experience with an application build framework (Ant, Maven, Gradle)
• Experience with automated unit tests (JUnit or TestNG) frameworks
• Experience setting up continuous integration processes

Desirable:

• Experience with Object Relational Mapping framework (Hibernate, iBatis, TopLink)
• Experience with mobile application development or architecture (J2MEm, Blackberry/Android, objective C, iPhone)
• Experience working with on projects using Agile based (SCRUM, Kanban) or RUP methodologies

.NET Architect

Highly motivated, technically driven individual with 7+ years of development with the .NET platform, and 2+ years experience designing applications on the .NET platform. This individual must have sound programming background with a firm grasp of object oriented concepts and techniques. Also, expertise in designing and architecting large scale applications using the .NET platform using industry standard design patterns and best practices. Individual must have experience leading teams of developers, working with business stake holders to define business requirements, and troubleshooting complex applications. This individual must be able to effectively apply technology solutions to business problems.

• 5+ years developing on the .NET platform
• 2+ years developing on version 3.0 or greater
• 2+ years architecting .NET applications using distributed technologies (WCF, ASP.NET webservices, .NET Remoting)
• 4+ years experience with a RDBMS and writing SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Experience with a modern version control system (MS Team Foundation, SVN, Git)
• Experience with an application build framework (MSBuild, NAnt)
• Experience with automated unit tests (MSTest, NUnit) frameworks
• Experience setting up continuous integration processes

Desirable:

• Experience with Object Relational Mapping framework (LINQ to SQL, NHibernate, Entity Framework)
• Experience working with on projects using Agile based (SCRUM, Kanban) or RUP methodologies
